PURPOSE: A rotating beam fatigue test end alarming device is provided to transmit a situation in which a specimen is fractured to a portable terminal and an exclusive PC when the specimen is fractured so that a user can confirm a progress situation on a real time basis. CONSTITUTION: A rotating beam fatigue test end alarming device comprises a testing device(100), a specimen fracture detecting unit(130), and a server(150). The testing device performs a rotating beam fatigue test with respect to a specimen. The specimen fracture detecting unit detects a fractured time point, thereby generating test end signals and making the operation of the testing device stop. The server is connected to signals generated from the specimen fracture detecting unit, thereby recording test result information by receiving from the testing device and transmitting the test result information to a terminal of the user.
