Novelty: a vertical-axle wind generator with hollow blades is disclosed. Constitution: the central axle 2, the unit 1 of blades, the disc 5 ensuring the constant operational rhythm of the wind generator in conditions where sharp changes of the direction and velocity of the wind have occurred, and the octagonal framework 3 composed of eight adjustable-opening doors 4 serving for the conversion of eolic energy into mechanical. Technical features-purpose: the doors 4 ensure better air collection in case of weak winds, drawing of air with increased directivity and, additionally, protection of the system from strong winds by mere closure of the doors (no inactivation/disablement of the wind generator and no mechanical brake are required). In combination to the doors 4, the geometrical arrangement of the three hollow blades (stage of blades 1) provides for improved air collection and higher performance of the system. The star-like arrangement of the foregoing blades, doors and disc constitutes a pioneer system. |
