Novelty: known stringed instruments (violin, viola, cello, contrabass, luth, guitar, mandolino, bouzouki etc) manufactured of used or novel soft flexible materials (fabric, leather, plastics, paper, aluminium paper etc). Constitution: said musical instruments are composed of subsidiary pieces (fig.1-1.2.3.4) which -when united- are able to compose an integral normal ecological stringed instrument. All these pieces are manufactured of soft materials which are cut out in the right size and shape, glued by a prepared ecological glue and placed on superimposed layers (fig.2-6.7) (fig.3.11 and (fig 4.12) to take, by means of proper tools and technique, the desired shape (fig.2-5.8) (fig.3.10)(fig.4-14,15). The polyurethane polish -which is applied between layers (before the application of the ecological glue and the fitting of the next subsidiary piece) and on the external sides of the pieces (after shaping, in the final finish)- endows the manufacture material in use with the needed toughness, elasticity and cohesion so that its adequate desired shape and its indispensable sound properties characterizing a musical instrument playing in a normal way can be revealed. |
