PURPOSE: A system for assembling a cam shim of an intake valve for a CVVL engine is provided to assemble a valve assembly by optimally selecting the cam shim using a cam carrier lift measuring unit and a valve head step measuring unit. CONSTITUTION: A system for assembling a cam shim of an intake valve for a CVVL engine comprises a cam carrier lift measuring unit and a valve head step measuring unit. A cam carrier lift measuring unit comprises a transfer unit(10), a grip unit(20), a press unit(30), a measuring unit, and a rotary unit(60). The transfer unit separately transfers a valve head part(H) and a cam carrier part(C). The press unit fixes a cam carrier transferred to the measuring unit. Sensors of the measuring unit sense the variation of CVVL assembly parts mounted on the cam carrier. The measuring unit is installed toward a swing arm of the CVVL assembly parts. The rotary unit rotates a cam shaft. The valve head step measuring unit comprises the transfer unit, a master unit, the measuring unit, and a movable unit. The master unit sets the reference value for a valve head. The sensors of the measuring unit sense upper parts of the valve head and intake valve stem. The movable unit moves the measuring unit to the valve head. |
