摘要 PURPOSE: A thermal gradient fatigue test device is provided to simulate a thermal gradient condition through a cooling water flow rate flowing through a cooling path, thereby obtaining the accuracy of a thermal fatigue test of a heat shielding coating. CONSTITUTION: A thermal gradient fatigue test device comprises a base(10), a fixed axis(8), a setting frame(9), a screw(12), a motor, a chain(4), a pulley(3), an driving pulley(13), a pivotal axis(22), a testing piece(1), a cooling device, a flame cover, and a fixing axis(15). The fixed axis is fixed to the base. The setting frame is moved to left and right sides by being guided by the fixed axis. The screw moves the setting frame to left and right sides. The motor rotates the screw. The chain, the pulley, and the driving pulley transfer the driving power of the motor. The pivotal axis is installed in the pulley as an axis. The testing piece is installed in one end part of the pivotal axis. The cooling device is connected to the other end part of the pivotal axis, thereby spraying compressed cold air. The flame cover has a space where the testing piece can be accommodated and receives the flames. The fixing axis fixes the flame cover.
