PURPOSE: A method for transmitting and receiving broadcast signals and a broadcast receiving device using the same are provided to enable a user to select/reproduce various additional information using link information. CONSTITUTION: A broadcast stream is generated wherein the broadcast stream has at least one program(S300). Program table information is generated wherein the program table information shows the broadcast stream(S310). Additional information about the broadcast stream is generated(S320). A stream is generated wherein the stream includes the broadcast stream and the program table information(S330). The stream and the additional information are transmitted respectively(S340,S350).
