PURPOSE: A method for treating alopecia is provided to improve scalp condition, to enhance hair, and to prevent alopecia. CONSTITUTION: A method for treating alopecia comprises: a step of performing fat graft on scalp; a step of injecting fat-derived stem cells to the scalp; and a step of applying fat-derived stem cell culture liquid on the scalp. The fat-derived stem cells are prepared using harmless human collagenase.
