PURPOSE: A plasma-based bad odor reducing apparatus for a sewage treating plant is provided to reduce the ozone concentration of exhaust gas and to simplify the structure of the apparatus by omitting an ultraviolet ray lamp. CONSTITUTION: A plasma-based bad odor reducing apparatus for a sewage treating plant includes a main processing module(100). The main processing module includes a container(110) and a blower(120). A sucking path(111) and a discharging path(112) are formed in the container. The blower compulsorily introduces gas in the container and compulsorily discharges the gas through the discharging path. Plasma filtering layers(130) and photo-catalytic filtering layers(140) are alternately stacked in the container. A plurality of arc reaction units(132) are arranged in the plasma filtering layers and generate gliding arc. One or more photo-catalytic filters(142) are arranged in the photo-catalytic filtering layers.
