PURPOSE: An automatic focusing and image blur correcting device for a camera and a small camera having the same are provided to reduce the number of parts and simplify a structure, thereby easily performing an image blur correction and a focus adjustment while reducing a size. CONSTITUTION: An automatic focusing and image blur correcting device for a camera comprises a first blade(200), a second blade(400), and a magnet(700). The first blade is mounted in the inside of a camera to be horizontally moved. A first coil member is mounted in the outer side of the first blade. A lens is mounted in the inside of the blade and a second coil member is mounted in the outer side of the second blade. The second blade is mounted in the inside of the first blade to be vertically moved. The magnet is mounted in the inside of the camera and arranged in the outer side of the first blade.
