SCREEN MASK AND MANURACTURING METHOD OF SOLAR CELL USING THE SCREEN MASK

PURPOSE: A screen mask for forming micro patterns on a printed material and a manufacturing method for a solar cell using the same are provided to manufacture a solar cell using a simple process and low manufacturing costs by using the screen mask having emulsion patterns. CONSTITUTION: A mesh(110) comprises a horizontal wire(112) and a vertical wire(114). An emulsion pattern(140) is arranged on a discharging side(124) of the mesh. The emulsion pattern comprises a main pattern(142), an auxiliary pattern(144), and a pattern gap(146). A mesh crevice(122) in the pattern gap of the emulsion pattern is narrower than a crevice(123) outside the emulsion pattern. A paste has viscosity characteristics for smoothly moving and passing through the crevice of the mesh.
