PURPOSE: A fixing device of a feed plate and an assembly body of a feed plate are provided to prevent abalone eggs from being injured. CONSTITUTION: A fixing device of a feed plate comprises a main body having the same width as or a width smaller than the interval between feed plates. In the main body, a grip unit is formed. The grip unit comprises an opening and a grip hole. In the opening, a coupling bar(200) or a spacer member(210) are guided. The grip hole is combined with the coupling bar and spacer member. One or more elastic deformation units are installed on the inner circumference or outer circumference of the grip unit.
