PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a toothbrush is provided to improve the bonding power of brushes and to reduce the manufacturing costs of toothbrushes. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a toothbrush is as follows. Brushes are planted in a transfer panel in order to form brush bunch(S20). The brush bunch planted in the transfer panel is transplanted in a head mold by using an adjustment plate(S21). The end of brush bunch protruded from the inner side of the head mold is welded by using laser(S22). A head base is formed at the upper part of the welded face of the brush bunch(S23). The transfer panel and adjustment plate are separated from the head mold(S24). A toothbrush body is injection-molded by combining the head mold with a toothbrush body mold(S25). A soft buffering member is injection-molded in the shaped toothbrush body(S26).
