PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a toothbrush is provided to improve the bonding power of brushes and to make a head unit slim. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a toothbrush is constituted as follows. Brushes are planted in a cassette(S11). The brushes planted in the cassette are transplanted in a head mold(S12). The end of brush bunch protruded from the inner side of the head mold is welded by using laser(S13). A head base is formed at the upper part of the welded face of the brush bunch(S14). The cassette is separated from the head mold(S15). A toothbrush body is injection-molded by combining the head mold with a toothbrush body mold(S16). A soft buffering member is injection-molded in the shaped toothbrush body(S17).
