PURPOSE: A surface heating element is provided to prevent the deformation of a surface texture by coating the surface of the surface texture with coating materials with flame resistance. CONSTITUTION: A copper yarn(102) of a conductive part(103) is arranged in an oblique direction. A general yarn(101) is arranged between copper yarns. A surface texture is formed by regularly arranging a carbon yarn(104) between the general yarns. The surface of the surface texture is coated to prevent the deformation of the surface texture. |
