MULTI-METALLIC ORGANOMETALLIC CATALYSTS AND CATALYST SYSTEM FOR OLEFIN POLYMERIZATION COMPRISING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A multimetallic metallocene compound and an olefin polymerization catalyst system containing the same are provided to enable molecular weight distribution and to obtain polymers with high molecular weight. CONSTITUTION: A multimetallic metallocene compound is denoted by chemical formulas 1-2. The metalmetallic metallocene compound is {4-[1-(N-t-butylamidodimethylsilyl)-2,3,4-trimethylcyclopentadienyl)]phenyl ether}{titanium dichloride}2 or {4-[1-(N-t-butylamidodimethylsilyl)-3,4-dimethyl-cyclopentadienyl)]phenyl ether}{titanium dichloride}2. An olefin polymerization catalyst system contains the multimetallic metallocene compounds. The olefin polymerization catalyst system contains aluminoxane compounds, alkylaluminum compound, boron compound, or a mixture thereof.
