The invention relates to a method, an apparatus and a system for automatically managing and organizing a database of LCNs ( Logical Channel Numbers) related to radio-television programs; the method allows obtaining a hierarchic classification of the plurality of radio-Television programs on at least two levels, based on predefined logic criteria associated with a first rough numeric identification type of each channel and then, with at least one second specific type of the same channel, which may be pre-assigned during transmission or assigned in accordance with optional or manual criteria defined by the user upon reception. |
