PURPOSE: An environmentally friendly heat mat is provided to prevent oilpaper from being expanded or contracted by including an expansion and contraction preventing member between a top bottom sheet and a surface heating member and using corn starch. CONSTITUTION: Oilpaper(110) is made of a PLA sheet extracted from corn starch. A surface heating member(120) emits heat by receiving power. A bottom sheet(130) is located on the lower side of the surface heating member. An expansion and contraction preventing member(140) prevents the expansion and contraction of the oilpaper by the heat from the surface heating member.
