PURPOSE: A vehicle filter and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to mix a fragrance composition containing water, micro-capsulated fragrance, titanium dioxide, and solid acid and a sterilizing composition containing capsulated materials in which metal oxides and inorganic nano-particle materials are capsulated and applying the mixture on the non-woven fabric of the filter. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a vehicle filter includes the following: a fragrance composition containing water, micro-capsulated fragrance, titanium dioxide, and solid acid is prepared; a sterilizing composition containing capsulated materials, metal oxides, and inorganic nano-particle materials; the fragrance composition and the sterilizing composition are mixed to prepare a mixed composition; the mixed composition is applied to one side or both sides of non-woven fabric; the mixed composition on the non-woven fabric is freeze-dried; capsulated materials are obtained based on photo-decomposable organic materials.
