A driving portion (25') of the wheel unit does not move a driveable portion (25'') of the wheel unit in the disconnected mode. The driving portion rotates the driveable portion in the connected mode when rotational speed of the drivable portion is greater than or equal to another rotational speed of the drivable portion.
