The disclosure relates to compounds represented by formula (I) and the synthesis of [F-18] labelled L-glutamic acid, [F-18] labelled L-glutamate, to processes for the preparation of their derivatives according to formula (I) and to their uses, particularly for preparing a medicament for imaging in tumour disorders.
