PURPOSE: A safety filter for a syringe and the syringe including the same are provided to prevent the glass particles of an ample from being injected into a patient. CONSTITUTION: A safety filter for a syringe comprises a guide valve(110), a valve(120), and a filter member(130). In the disk shaped body, a first penetration hole, a second penetration hole, and a third penetration hole are formed. The valve comprises a pillar unit which is inserted into the third penetration hole and a disk unit for opening or closing the second penetration hole. The filter member is attached to the body of the guide valve.
