PURPOSE: A circuit for generating a piezo device driving signal and an output device including the same are provided to improve an ink jet property by generating a driving signal using an operation property of a piezo device. CONSTITUTION: A rising pulse generating unit(10) generates a rising pulse which composes a piezo device driving signal. A falling pulse generating unit(20) includes a rising pulse generating unit and an independent falling pulse generating unit. The rising pulse and the falling pulse have a curved waveform. A second input terminal generates an independent piezo device driving signal from a first input terminal.
