PURPOSE: A seismic isolation system for a double floor having an upper frame structure for minimizing posts is provided to maintain a seismic isolation function regardless of the amount of cables. CONSTITUTION: A seismic isolation system for a double floor having an upper frame structure for minimizing posts is composed as follows. An upper frame(30) is formed on the tops of double floor posts(20) so that a double floor panel(10) can be installed. Support bars(31) are formed inside the upper frame at an interval of 0.6mm. A seismic isolation driving unit(40) is installed on the bottom of each post. The top and bottom plates(41,42) of the seismic isolation driving units or ground wires(80) are connected to connecting caps or conductors(50).
