A AUTO REMOVAL METHOD FOR DUMMY OF STICK

PURPOSE: A method for automatically removing a dummy from a stick portion is provided to improve product productivity by preventing damage to a cell in cutting. CONSTITUTION: A substrate mounted on in the bed is arranged in the center of a bed(S20). The arranged substrate is chucked(S30). A dummy is removed from the lateral side of the chucked substrate(S40). The dummy placed on the end portion of a traveling substrate from which the lateral side dummy is removed is eliminated(S50). A stick and dummies are repetitively broken and separated depending on scribing(S60). The separated stick is released(S70).
