PURPOSE: A display panel and a display apparatus including the same are provided to reduce a bezel width in high definition by driving a gate line arranged on the upper part and the lower part of a pixel row. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of pixels(P) are arranged on a display area(DA). The pixels are composed of a plurality of pixel rows and a plurality of pixel columns. A plurality of data lines(DL) is arranged every two rows of pixels. A first gate lines is arranged on the upper part the pixel every one column of pixels. A second gate lines is arranged on the lower part the pixel every one column of pixels A first gate driving circuit(210) includes a first stage. The first stage provides a first gate signal to the first gate line. A second gate driving circuit(230) includes a second stage. The second stage provides a second gate signal to the second gate line.
