PURPOSE: Paper containing bleached wood powder is provided to improve bulk and to fabricate paper of high quality. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating bleached wood powder comprises: a step of pulverizing wood raw material in a particular form; and a step of mixing the pulverized wood powder, pH adjusting agent, and stabilizing agent. The pH adjusting agent is sodium hydroxide or sodium silicate. The stabilizing agent is sodium silicate, magnesium sulfate, EDTA, or diethylenetriaminepenta acetic acid(DTPA).
