PURPOSE: A piezoelectric ceramic composition for low power consumption is provided to reduce power consumption using a piezoelectric ceramic actuator. CONSTITUTION: Provided is a low power vibrating motor for a portable terminal using a piezoelectric ceramic actuator. A vendor type actuator is manufactured by laminating ceramic sheets of tens of μm. Manufacturing costs are saved if ceramic raw materials are low-temperature sintering. A pinhole of minimum size is manufactured in the actuator.
