PURPOSE: A 5-(substituted alkylaminomethyl)isoxazole based compound as T-type calcium channel blocker is provided to have excellent activity as an antagonist of T- type calcium ion channel. CONSTITUTION: A 5-(substituted alkylaminomethyl)isoxazole based compound as T-type calcium channel blocker is represented by chemical formula 1.
