PURPOSE: A medical device using laser and a hand piece applied to the same are provided to widen the irradiation area of the laser by vibrating an optical fiber inserted into the skin tissue. CONSTITUTION: An optical fiber fixing device(212) is formed on one part of a body. An optical fiber(300) transfers laser. The optical fiber is fixed to a hand piece(210) by the optical fiber fixing device A vibrator(213) is formed on other part of the body. The vibrator is a vibration motor or an actuator. A power supply device(214) supplies power to the vibrator.
