Invention herewith described refers to the procedure for production of skimmed milk powder replacement. The manufacturing process for the skimmed milk powder replacement (Biolac) is performed by the homogenization of the previously produced components, sources of herbal proteins derived from oil produced in natural way by mechanical pressing and without using any chemical reagents, and milk proteins obtained by drying with "spray" process in proportion: soy protein concentrate ( 5-15%), soy protein isolate (5-15%), skimmed milk powder (10-30%), whey powder (40-60%), and milk flavour (0.25-0.50%), in mixer with a 500 kg mixing capacity for 10 minutes and the obtained product is packed in two layer paper bags with the inside made of plastic foil and the capacity of 10 kg and 20 kg. The obtained replacement for the natural skimmed milk powder can be used in food industry (bakery and confectionery).
