PURPOSE: A power assist device and a power assist electric wheelchair are provided to easily replace components by low cost without changing a structure of an electric wheelchair. CONSTITUTION: A power assist device comprises a measuring module(1), a handle(2), and a control unit(3). A plurality of measuring modules comprises a plurality of sensor parts measuring intensity of power, and a first communication part wirelessly output information from the sensor parts, and is installed in a wheel frame with a constant interval. The handle comprises a connection rod connected to the measuring modules. The control unit comprises a second communication part receiving information from the first communication part, and a control part controlling a motor of the electric chair, and is installed a part of the wheel chair. |
