PURPOSE: A virtual terminal cloud network system and a method for providing applications on a heterogeneous terminal platform are provided to compose an application market which is no limit of a platform in all terminals, thereby enabling a user to use applications of the heterogeneous terminal platform. CONSTITUTION: A virtual cloud network(16) composes a heterogeneous virtual terminal through thin client type virtualization in a cloud environment. An authentication and virtual platform managing server(12) authenticates a terminal connecting the virtual cloud network and provides virtual platform configuration information to the virtual cloud network.
