Disclosed is a compound comprising a 1,2,4 triazine fused to an imidazole or pyrrole ring which is bound to a tetrahydrofuran as depicted in formula (I). The substituents are as disclosed in the description. Also disclosed is a pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound of formula (I) and the use of a compound of formula (I) in the manufacture for the treatment of a viral infection caused by a virus selected from the group consisting of dengue virus, yellow fever virus, West Nile virus, Japanese encephalitis virus, tick-borne encephalitis virus, Kunjin virus, Murray Valley encephalitis virus, St. Louis encephalitis virus, Omsk haemorrhagic fever virus, bovine viral diarrhoea virus, Zika virus and Hepatitis C virus. |
