PURPOSE: A fuel mixing apparatus using oxygenated water is provided to improve effectiveness of an igniter, and to operate with near perfect combustion. CONSTITUTION: A fuel mixing apparatus using oxygenated water comprises a mixed fuel storage tank(22), an oxygenated water supply device, a micro bubble generator(17), an ultrasonic wave mixing device(20), an igniter(23), a circulation pump(9), and a water supply source. The mixed fuel storage tank stores fossil fuel and water. The oxygenated water supply device supplies oxygenated water. The micro bubble generator agitates mixed fuel. The ultrasonic wave mixing device stirs the mixed fuel. The igniter ignites the mixed fuel. The circulation pump consecutively circulates the mixed fuel. The water supply source stores water in the storage tank.
