PURPOSE: Methods of analyzing and filling insulation gas for a pad switch and a system thereof are provided to collect insulation gas over 99.9% by successively using an insulation gas collecting tank and a vacuum pump. CONSTITUTION: A pad switch(110) includes a breaker(111). A connector(120) is installed on an inlet of the pad switch. A micom(130) decides the replacement of insulation gas(112) based on purity, concentration and water content of the insulation gas. The micom successively controls an insulation gas analysis tester(140), an insulation gas collecting tank(150), a vacuum pump(160) and an insulation gas injection tank(170). A first to a fourth check valves(121-124) are respectively connected to the insulation gas analysis tester, the insulation gas collecting tank, the vacuum pump and the insulation gas injection tank.
