PURPOSE: An attitude and depth control device for an underwater moving object, an underwater moving object comprising the same, and a control method thereof are provided to reduce energy consumption than existing methods and apparatuses by controlling only using the air. CONSTITUTION: An attitude and depth control device for an underwater moving object comprises a main body(110), a variable front chamber(120), a variable rear chamber(130), and an actuator(140). The variable front chamber and the variable rear chamber are varied by the inflow and the outflow of air. The actuator varies one of the variable chambers by controlling the follow of the air in the variable chambers.
