Disclosed is a chemical entity selected from compounds of Formula (I) and pharmaceutically acceptable salts of compounds of Formula (I) wherein Q is O or CH2, and said Q is linked at the a or b position of the phenyl ring; D is O or S; R2 is H, CH3, OCH3, halo, OH, NH2, or CN; R3 is H or F; and A is -CH2-, -CH2CH2-, or -OCH2CH2-; and wherein R4 is octahydro-pyrrolo[3,4-b]pyrrole, octahydro-pyrrolo[3,4-c]pyrrole, octahydro-pyrrolo[3,4-c]pyridine, decahydro-[1,6]naphthyridine, or 3-aza-bicyclo[3.1.0]hex-6-ylamine.
