PURPOSE: A multiplex PCR primer set which is recombined for diarrhea poison and vomitoxin of Bacillus cereus detection is provided to rapidly and accurately detect Bacillus cereus. CONSTITUTION: A multiplex PCR primer set is recombined for detecting diarrhea poison and vomitoxin of Bacillus cereus, and is composed of a reverse primer described in the sequence number 8 and a forward primer described in the sequence number 7(SEQ ID NO:7). G+C rate is 40-60% in order to strongly maintain the coherence between the template DNA and the primer set. The multiplex PCR primer set additionally includes a reverse primer described in the sequence number 2 and a forward primer described in the sequence number 1. The multiplex PCR primer set additionally includes a reverse primer described in the sequence number 4 and a forward primer described in the sequence number 3. The multiplex PCR primer set additionally includes a reverse primer described in the sequence number 10 and a forward primer described in the sequence number 9.
