An electrically conductive circuit is provided upon a surface of the first polymer film. The first polymer film is electrically insulating. The tub is formed of moulded resin. The heater is moulded at least partially within the resin. The circuit may include conductive ink (44), a second polymer film, and/or resistive or conductive overmoulded material.
