STRIPES PATTERN NONWOVEN COMPOSITES

PURPOSE: A long-grain nonwoven elastic composite is provided to preserve inherent flexability of non-woven fabric, and to provide elongation and elasticity. CONSTITUTION: A long-grain nonwoven elastic composite comprise long-grain nonwoven fabric(100), an elastic film(150), and a pattern adhering unit(220). In the long-grain nonwoven fabric, nonwoven fabric is laminated in a mechanical direction, and an elongation along transversal direction is provided for a nonwoven web. The nonwoven fabric is attached to the both side, forming a sandwich shape. The nonwoven fabric and the elastic film are pressurized by being cooled between an adhered pattern(320) of a casting roll(310), and a rubber roll(350). The pattern adhering unit partially attaches the long-grain nonwoven fabric and the elastic film to a dispersed shape.
