PURPOSE: An image processing system using a situation image searching apparatus and control method thereof are provided to store images which are created by each object by classifying the objects. CONSTITUTION: A photographing unit(20) takes a photograph of a set area in real time. A data information processing unit(30) extracts objects from the photographed images in real time. The data information processing successively stores the image of the set area according to photographing time. A main server(40) receives object information from the data information processing unit. The main server searches photographing time for information related to the object recognized in real time and the images.
