PURPOSE: A light-emitting element, a splay device, and an electronic apparatus are provided to display full colors by combinationally emitting light from each light emitting device and to display one color by simultaneously emitting the light from each light emitting device. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting device has a blue light emitting function layer(5B), a red light emitting function layer(5R), and a carrier selection layer. The blue light emitting function layer is formed between an anode(3R) and a cathode(8). The red light emitting function layer is formed between the anode and the blue light emitting function layer. The carrier selection layer is formed between the blue light emitting function layer and the red light emitting function layer. The carrier selection layer is formed by successively laminating the blue light emitting function layer, a hole-transport layer, and a first electron injection layer(61). |
