PURPOSE: A composition for enhancing immunities which includes 6- gingerol is provided to promote immunocyte like B-cell, CD4 Thymusdependentlymphocyte, and CD8 Thymusdependentlymphocyte. CONSTITUTION: A composition for enhancing immunities includes 6- gingerol which is represented by chemical formula 1. The composition for immunity increasing comprises 6- gingerol represented by the chemical formula 1. The immunity increasing is completed through cytokine secretion function improvement or immunocyte increase promotion. The immunocyte increase promotion comprises CD4 Thymusdependentlymphocyte, B-cells and CD8 Thymusdependentlymphocyte. The cytokine comprises IFN- γ(interferon regulatory factor-γ), IL- 6(interleukin-6) and MCP- 1(monocyte chemoattractant protein-1). The composition is formed into formulations of acida, refinement, capsule, injection, or aerosol. The effective amount for immune enhancement of 6-gingerol which is an active ingredient of the composition is 0.0 mg/kg-10.0 mg/kg, and the composition is administered once-several times per day.
