PURPOSE: A multi user computer device with an input and output device and a dynamic allocation function of a session and a method thereof are provided to divide and transmit data of external devices and graphic data, thereby reducing a transmission error of the graph data. CONSTITUTION: A notification service recognizes an operation of an extended hub. A terminal service operates an application program and manages peripheral devices by operating an extended monitoring and the extended hub of a grouped extended computer. A multi internet protocol service assigns internet protocol to the extended hub connected to the terminal service.
