DOUBLE ROTOR AND SINGLE STATOR TYPE BLDC MOTOR

PURPOSE: A brushless DC motor with a double rotor and a single stator is provided to enable easy assembly of a stator core and improve heat dissipation effect through a stator frame part and a cap part. CONSTITUTION: A brushless DC motor comprises a motor casing which rotates about a motor shaft. A casing body(100) is formed on the rear side of the motor casing, and a casing cover(110) is coupled to the casing body on the front side of the motor casing. An inner rotor having an inner magnet and an outer rotor having an outer magnet are integrated in the casing body. A stator is arranged between the inner and outer rotors and has a stator frame coupled to the motor shaft. A control unit is installed inside the casing body and regulates the duty ratio of PWM(Pulse Width Modulation).
