PURPOSE: A signal transfer device and a method thereof between a pressure container and a high pressure chamber through a method for allocating a respectively different frequency of a sensor are provided to control signal transfer effect according to size of acoustic wave and to easily transfer variation of a resistance pressure container to outside through acoustic wave. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of sensors(3) senses the physical variation of a resistance pressure container(2). A signal converting unit(4) measures the kind of an electric signal which a sensor outputs. The signal converting unit generates a driving current of a speaker(5). The speaker generates acoustic wave about the inner wall of the resistance pressure container. A hydrophone(6) outputs current corresponding to the frequency and amplitude of acoustic wave. An underwater connector transfers outputted current to an acoustic wave measurement and display unit(9).
