<p>Disclosed is anti-pricking and leakage proof material for tubeless tyres, method producing the same and spraying method thereof. The object of this invention is to provide anti-pricking and leakage proof material, method producing the same and spraying method thereof. The anti-pricking and leakage proof material is resistant to high temperature, low temperature, oil and water, has high sealing property and low processing cost. When a tyre is pierced through or sharp objects are left therein, a vehicle can still run at a high speed for a long time. The anti-pricking and leakage proof material has high tear resistance, elasticity and long service life. When a tyre is pierced through by sharp objects, with or without pulling out the sharp objects, the tyre remains no air leakage and keeps level of air pressure inside the tyre even if the vehicle runs at a high speed for a long distance. No curing is needed for the raw material in the preparation of anti-pricking and leakage proof material for tubeless tyres, which reduces the energy consumed and production costs.</p> |
