Presented as a novel industrial product is a novel matter composition formed from two mixtures, in gel, specially used as a contraceptive and preservative method in humans, which is characterised in that it consists in the following single or combined mixtures: Mixture A: Silicon chemsil vl000 + micronized copper; and Mixture B: carbopol + water +trietanolamine + nanoxynol-9; if required, the two mixtures are mixed together so as to obtain a single mixture with the desired characteristics.
