PURPOSE: A respiratory device equipped with a mouth-piece is provided to improve wearing convenience and to maintain the adhesion thereof. CONSTITUTION: A respiratory device equipped with a mouth-piece comprises a main body(10), a filter(20), and a mouth-piece(30). The body comprises a purification body in which a filter is installed, and an adhesion body in which an airtight cushioning unit is formed in order to prevent the inflow of external air. The filter removes contaminant including minute particles, toxic gas, and the like. The mouth-piece comprises an arch shaped outside fixing unit, an inside fixing unit, a connecting unit, and a connecting rod.
