<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve detection accuracy of sheets determined as image forming failures (waste sheet). <P>SOLUTION: An image forming system includes: an output image reading control unit 210 that reads an image formed on output materials and generates output image data, when forming the image on paper based on job data in which a plurality of copy execution number is set and performing printout of the plurality copies of the output materials; a memory unit 156 for storing a portion of output image data generated by the output image reading control unit as the comparison image data; and a control unit 150 that compares the comparison image data with the output image data, discriminates the identity and suspends an operation related to the printing out based on the job data when discriminating that they are not identical. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
